Yep! You can totally try out The GLOW CIRCUS on-demand, which means you only pay for the services you use.

How do I upgrade or downgrade my membership tier?

Super easy – you can switch your membership tier in your profile settings. The change will kick in at the start of your next billing period.

Are there any joining fees or minimum commitment periods?

Nope, no joining fees! Our memberships are subscription-based, and you can choose between a monthly or annual plan. Or you just go with the on-demand option that does not have any regular fees associated with it.

Can I pause my membership if I'm traveling?

Can I book services for early morning or late evening?

You bet! Those late-night slots are super popular, though, so if you're a night owl, snag your spot!

How do I book services when traveling to another city?

Just update your address in your profile to your hotel or wherever you're staying, and you're all set to book treatments in your new location! But be careful, there is a limit to how often you can change your address yourself without contacting our support!

What if my service provider cancels or reschedules my appointment?

We're on it to make sure that never happens! But if some crazy circumstance pops up, we'll make sure you get a fantastic replacement faster than you can say "glow-up."
